This particular silhouette is made with a closed shoulder detail. The back has an oval cut out and has a built in elastic back. Her skirting features bridal soft tulle underneath. An added built in petticoat gives the skirting a semi pouf. The skirting is fully lined so not itchy feeling against the skin. This sweet dress is perfect for twirling!
